1. PRICES

All prices shown on our products are always inclusive of taxes.

The prices published on the website may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time.

2. PRODUCTS ON OFFER

All products that are on promotion at a special price will be displayed on the website with the offer price and the regular price. These offers will be available until end of stock or end of promotion.

The offers cannot be accumulated with other offers.

3. WARRANTY

The products have the legal warranty 3 years for new items.

Defects or flaws due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.

The repair, payment or replacement will be carried out within a maximum period of 3 months.

4. SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are counted as working days (Monday to Friday) and may be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, these deadlines may be modified, since the order will be shipped as soon as we receive the confirmation of the bank transfer.

Shipments are made by MBE courier, delivery times are 1 to 3 days for Peninsular shipments and 2 to 7 days for shipments abroad. For all products where a different delivery time is not specified.

*For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Switzerland will always be charged 49 € of customs charges, this does not include taxes that apply at the destination and must be borne by the customer, the value of which will depend on the amount of the order and the rate applied at the destination.

ATTENTION:

- Under no circumstances will shipments be made to P.O. boxes.

- On special dates such as Christmas, Epiphany, long weekends or vacations, we do not guarantee that delivery will be made on time, due to the volume of goods of transport agencies or reduction of the days of service.

- In case of adverse weather conditions, we do not guarantee delivery on time.

- We reserve the right to change delivery times and type of shipment without prior notice in the case of extraordinary orders or special cases.

5. RETURNS

We have a customer service department to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

You have to send us the product in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is at the customer's expense, but in case of exchange, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse and check that all the above conditions are met, and we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and if necessary, the shipment of the new product:

BANK TRANSFER

When you select bank transfer as payment method you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail indicating the account number where you can make the bank transfer in the name of AIX & MOS S.L.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject line the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the order confirmation date in order to validate the order.

If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail to info@naaix.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department does not have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all possible exchange and bank commissions are your responsibility when you choose this payment system. In the case of bank transfers made from abroad it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions in origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your bank.
