Shipment of the order
As a general rule, packages are sent within the first 24 hours after receipt of payment, our customers within Spain can choose to receive their order by MBE (24-48h) or Correos (48-72h), this second one always It will be more economical. Orders will be received from Monday to Friday.
We will always have at your disposal the tracking of your shipment. You can always contact us for special or international shipments and we will inform you.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging, as well as postal expenses. The price of the shipment varies according to the weight and the destination. We advise you to gather in the same order the maximum of articles in this way the shipment will always be much cheaper.
Our customers must check that your products have not suffered any damage during the shipment at the time of receipt, to inform the person who delivers the package. We are not responsible for the packages once they leave our facilities.
Return of a product
Our return policy is very personal. In returns due to the size of clothes or footwear, it is 50%, NAAIX sends new size and the client sends the received one, if it has to be changed again it will be borne by the customer 100%.
